Mother Road is a new band, it's the brainchild of Austin rock singer Keith Slack (ex-MSG, ex-Steelhouse Lane) and German guitarist Chris Lyne (ex-Soul Doctor). They share the love for bluesy hard rock and started writing songs together. The single Dirty Little Secret is a kind of appetizer while they shop for a deal. Some passages remind me of early Whitesnake while others refer to Paul Rodgers... The guitar has a Southern rock touch, I guess you get the picture.
