What? This band comes from Remscheid which is just 20 km from were I live? I can't believe that I don't know this sextet! Especially because the band play exactly the kind of music I love... Technical speed metal!
Okay, this isn't straight ahead, the songs are well structured and include slow parts, acoustic variations and melodic parts. Unfortunately the production ain't good. Another negative point is that the vocal lines partly extremely high pitched. For a debut album it's decent and I can recommend it to power and partly progressive metal fans. Songs like Lies and To Sleep will convince fans of Sanctuary and old Fates Warning immediately.
