Valleys Of The Earth

Valleys Of The Earth
(Vendlus Records - 2011)

This album is almost completely anonymous when you listen to it, there is no personality at all. The musical style on this CD is like it's coming directly from the 60's as though inspired by Bob Dylan or similar artists, but with no real values in their songs. It sounds like it is a one man band, only a fated acoustic guitar and some soft singing on 11 songs, and no variation at all. In fact it could just as well be the same song repeated 10 times with only a variation of how long the individual songs are. It's an endless glimpse of the guitar and images of 60's use of various drugs as it was all a collection of Peace songs. Maybe there are an audience for this type of music, but the numbers can not be very high.
