Guitar World magazine said: "I can say without hyperbole that this big-guitar engine-block rock is a million times better then whatever it is you're listening to." This was written about 10 years after the band started. Musically they fit into the punk'n'rock genre. Their roots are bands like Black Flag, The Ramones, Kiss and Black Sabbath. When you hear the first track you will be remind of Motörhead. Just faster! Singer / guitarist Marky Felchtone sounds a bit like Lemmy's younger brother. The band has an excellent reputation as a live band and I can imagine their music live quite good. Actually I think this is music which has to be played live. Fans of Motörhead, Gluecifer, Hellacopters and Turbonegro will love the Americans. Most songs are up-tempo, but Hold Tight let the guys slow down a little. Here it's more dirty rock. A real groover is Little Queen. I can just recommend to check this band out, if you like the mentioned bands.
