Century Media re-relase the album Heart Of A Killer as a DCD which incl. a bonus CD with live and demo tracks. Many will know that Winters Bane is the former band of Judas Priest's Tim 'Ripper' Owens, but less will know their conceptual album. The Ohio based quartet wrote an very interesting story about a murder sentenced to death and during the execution he fights free. The old judge got an heart attack and when he wakes up in the hospital after a heart transplantation he finds out that he has the heart of the killer and he life chances... A great story fitting to the music, the powerful melodic metal of the Ohio quartet.
The second CD offers 9 tracks from a show recorded in 1993 in Akron, Ohio and 3 tracks from a demo tape. The demo tracks haven’t been released before, also 1 live track! This album incl. the live stuff presents the band pretty good and is interesting for every metal fan. Especially for the fans of the new Judas Priest who like to know the former work of Owens. Beside that the CD has a brand new artwork!
