This album from Swedish Silverdollar never a high level as they intended with this second release of theirs. Melodic and heavy it is with songs like Damage Done, Rot, Evil Never Sleeps and also the title track Morte that is melodic fairytale metal, but the quality misses the important drive and last 20% to be real good. It doesn't help that Evil Good, Hear Me and Three Finger Man are directly boring and gives the all over view a negative impression, and that is combined with vocalist Esa Englund lacks the sharpness to make this album competent. This album is an example of high ambitions that do not satisfy the result of the productions. Shame, shame, shame.
