Here'n Now

Here'n Now
(Bleeding Hearts - 1995)

That's not what I expected! No balladesque emotional songs, no guitar hero kinda guitar album, even if there are tons of solos and riffs. Just that he use this guitar play different to the so-called guitar heroes. With the opener Out Of Time they present an excellent powerful track and the high-pitched vocals of Thomas Brache add the pep to the compositions. And as usual there are some tracks which don't fit into the wholeness of the album like You'll Never Know and Guiding Light (somewhere between Bon Jovi and Guns'n'Roses). More powerful are tracks like Junkie, Give Is What You Get and Forever And A Day which is an instrumental.
Produced and mixed was the album by Kit Woolven who worked with Thin Lizzy and Magnum. At all, this is nothing special.
