Curse Upon A Prayer is a Finnish black metal band, founded in 2010 in Tornio. This EP is following up their second album Rotten Tongues. Lyrically they lash out against Islam, PC isn't important in the black metal scene, so it's no surprise. Personally I find it difficult, but I'm not a fan of blasphemic lyrics of any kind!
They kick off with the shortest track - Let Thy Kingdom Come. The track offers some fast parts, but also some melodic mid-paced passages - and full of aggression. Thou Shalt Be Cursed offers some blast beats, fast riffing as well as slow passages. Vocals range from black metal-like snarls to death metal-like growls.

The 3 tracks have a running time of about 16 minutes as there are 2 long tracks. This EP shall shorten the time til their next full-length is out - somewhere in 2019.
